Sheershire is a large island nation on the western side of The Disk, occupied mainly by humans. Each city is ruled by a Liege Lord - Essentially a king. The lords meet for a monthly conclave in the city Crixus in order to discuss national policy.

- Blethering is a medium sized city, well positioned for ocean trade. They command a vast navy, and their archers are world famous.
